gbaee Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gbaee ("gbaee", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the gbaee website and all games, services, promotions, and transactions available through it. They apply to all registered accounts and to any person who accesses the gbaee platform in any capacity.

By accessing or using gbaee in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account if one has been created.

1. Eligibility

The gbaee platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gbaee applies a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be withheld pending review.
• You must be a natural person and not be acting on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity unless expressly approved by gbaee in writing.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with any laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list. If you have previously self-excluded from gbaee or from any other gaming platform and your exclusion period has not expired, you are not permitted to access the platform.

2. Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of gbaee services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep that information updated. gbaee reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify gbaee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. gbaee will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• gbaee may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

gbaee reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that continued operation of that account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, to other players, or is in breach of these Terms. In such cases, genuine funds (excluding any bonus amounts that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder following completion of any applicable review process.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

gbaee supports multiple payment methods suitable for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be declined and the originating payment may be reversed.
• Minimum deposit amounts are published in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method and by active promotion. The current minimum for most promotions is ৳200.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. gbaee aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours; however, processing times may be affected by KYC verification requirements or by the policies of the payment provider.
• gbaee reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been fully met. Withdrawing before rollover requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of any bonus balance.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

gbaee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, the BPL cricket season, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus is subject to its own specific wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on the promotion's detail page. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed using real money stakes on eligible games.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. gbaee reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if evidence of abuse, bonus exploitation, or systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent the terms is detected.
• gbaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and whose wagering requirements are already in progress at the time of the change.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside of the conditions specified in their respective promotion terms. Free spins winnings are subject to the same rollover conditions as standard bonus funds unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the gbaee platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, including but not limited to use of stolen payment details, identity fraud, chargeback fraud, and manipulation of payment records. Any chargeback instruction issued to a payment provider in bad faith will be treated as fraud.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage, whether in live casino games, sports betting markets, or any other game type offered on the platform.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any software designed to gain an advantage in any game or to exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform, including RNG-prediction software and sports arbitrage systems.
• Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point, operating an account on behalf of a third party without written authorisation, or allowing a minor to access or use your account.

gbaee employs ongoing monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Where a pattern of prohibited activity is identified on an account, gbaee reserves the right to void any bets or games played during that period, reverse any resulting winnings, and close the account without notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

gbaee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide deposit limits, session time-out features, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools to all registered players. These tools can be accessed through your account settings at any time. If you believe that your gaming has become problematic, we encourage you to use these tools immediately and to seek assistance from a qualified support organisation.

gbaee strictly prohibits gaming by minors. All players must be 21 years of age or older. gbaee reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where satisfactory evidence of the minimum age is not provided. Players who voluntarily self-exclude from gbaee must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during their self-exclusion period. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and winnings accrued during that period will be voided.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbaee, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

gbaee makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any particular game outcome will occur. All games on the platform use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and random results. gbaee is not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of third-party game software provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, or PG Soft — disputes relating to specific game outcomes must be directed to the relevant game provider in the first instance.

8. Changes to These Terms

gbaee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-account notification. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting gbaee support. Continued use after a change takes effect will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms regardless of whether you have read them.
